OUR HISTORY

Our mosque was bought in 1980 under the leadership of Sheikh Nazım al-Qubrusi. It was converted into a mosque from the church named Marks Church and gained mosque status. New Peckham Mosque, which has been providing various services and projects since 1980, continues to work with its all staff and management to make more useful services every day.

WHO WE ARE?

New Peckham Mosque has become more active with its new management recently. Our mosque is one of the largest mosques in South London. In addition to the service provided to our Turkish citizens, it also serves our Muslims of different ethnic origins. With the activities and activities implemented, we continue to be a growing community day by day.

WHAT WE DO?

Educational and sportive activities for our children are held at the mosque on weekends. Besides, Turkish language lessons and wrestling courses are given. Conferences, seminars and courses are held on weekdays for adults. We also have a conference room, a kitchen, a library and a youth room in our mosque. Iftar is served every evening during Ramadan. Traditionally, soup is served after Friday prayers on Fridays. Funeral services are provided in our mosque.

As New Peckham Mosque, we do our utmost to do useful work for all humanity. With our donors, we are instrumental in reaching goodness, charity and aid to the four continents of the world. We carry out aid activities for the construction of more beautiful lives with Water Well, Qurban, Health, Human Emergency, Education and Orphan Aids, and we continue our efforts to implement long-term and permanent projects.

We expect you to join us for support.
