Guided by the principles of สพAhl al-Sunnah wa al-Jamฤสฟah, ICMG strengthens faith, morality, solidarity and responsibility through worship, education, สพirshฤd, social support and community services.

Friday holds a special place in Islam as the most blessed day of the week. It brings Muslims together for Jumuโah prayer, the khutbah, remembrance of Allah, and spiritual reflection. For the younger generation, Fridays are especially important because they help young Muslims feel connected to the mosque, learn Islamic values, build a strong Muslim identity, and grow with a sense of responsibility, unity, and belonging within the community.
Families, children and volunteers enjoyed a joyful day of unity, friendship and community spirit, with heartfelt thanks extended to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
ICMG UK Peckham Branch Summer Qur'an School will run fromย 20 July to 7 August. We warmly invite children to join our free summer programme, where they will learn the Qur'an, strengthen their Islamic knowledge, make new friends, and enjoy a spiritually enriching holiday.
This week's edition of Islam Channel's "Your Local Jummah" series was filmed at ICMG UK Peckham Branch โ New Peckham Mosque (Sheikh Nazim Al-Qubrusi). The programme featured the pre-Jumu'ah talk and Friday khutbah delivered by Dr Ibrahim Urkac, together with exclusive interviews highlighting the mosque's religious, educational and community work.
ICMG UK Peckham Branch (New Peckham Mosque โ Sheikh Nazim Al-Qubrusi) concluded its 2025โ2026 education programme with a well-attended Closing Ceremony on 28 June. The event featured student presentations, award ceremonies and a special seminar by Dr Mehmet Gedik on parenting and moral education.
